Outbound Shipment Cancellation Requests

Clients can now request cancellation of an outbound shipment from their own login instead of emailing you. The request appears on the shipment in real time, and you can approve or deny it. Denied requests keep a record of who denied them and why.

Reference IDs on Outbound Shipments

Every outbound shipment now carries a reference ID that you can copy in one click and search on. Use it to tie a shipment back to a PO, a client's internal number, or a support conversation.

Smarter FBA Transport Planning

The autoplanner can now rank placement options by fulfillment fee discounts, not just shipping cost, so you see the option that is genuinely cheapest overall. Each delivery window option shows its discount, and carriers now display readable names instead of SCAC codes. You can export and import FBA box contents as a CSV, copy box groups from a previous plan, and the selected transport mode is badged on the options step so it is clear what was chosen.

Send Notifications From Your Own Domain

You can now add a sender domain in settings so shipment and receiving emails go out from your own domain rather than a shared one. The settings page lists the exact DNS records to add, including MX priority, and verifies them for you. This improves deliverability and makes your notifications look like they came from your business.

Shipped Boxes Report

Outbound shipments now have a Shipped Boxes report, giving you a per-box breakdown of what left the building.

Better Tools for Fixing Listing Issues

The Fix Issues page has a new Pull Listing Data tab that fetches live data from Amazon, with detailed progress so you can see how far along a large pull is. Bulk FNSKU cleanup actions let you clear up many items at once, and Client Assistant users can now reach the page.

Printing Improvements

The print queue gained Print All and Retry Failed Prints buttons. You can also print a shipment label straight from the inbound shipment options dropdown.

More Self-Service for Your Clients

Merchant owners can now edit item titles, update their own contact email and phone, and see user email addresses in the account settings users list. You can also update the email address on a pending invitation instead of deleting and re-inviting.

Faster, Safer Sign-Up

New accounts now verify their email address before setting a password, which cuts down on typo'd addresses and abandoned sign-ups.

Onboarding Checklist

The old pop-up product tour has been replaced with an inline onboarding checklist that stays available while you work, so you can pick up where you left off.

WhatsApp Support

You can now connect a WhatsApp number as a support channel so your clients can reach you where they already are.

Security and Session Handling

Passwords now follow the NIST password policy and cannot be reused. Sessions expire on idle and log you out cleanly rather than leaving you on a broken page. We also added a Content Security Policy and other security headers across the app.

In Beta

• Handheld scanning workflows. Run receiving, FNSKU receiving, and putaway end to end from a handheld scanner. Each workflow walks through the scan steps one at a time, so a team member can work a shipment without going back to a desktop. Handheld mode is reachable from the navigation dropdown on tablets as well as phones.

• In-browser ZPL labels. FNSKU ZPL labels are generated directly in the browser, which speeds up printing to ZPL printers.
