having the option when packing a shippment to be able to add the box group and then scan each products fnsku as we place them in the box to automaticly add that unit to the box group would be great. This would avoid the potential of misspicks and speed up the packing process

Hi, I would like to suggest a feature that would allow users to print an order identification label with a single click. The label could include key information such as the supplier/retailer name, order number, and any other relevant order details selected by the user. This would be especially useful for prep centers that process orders in multiple stages. The label could be attached directly to a customer's tote, bin, or container, making it easy to identify and track orders throughout the entire workflow. Many prep centers handle large volumes of incoming packages every day. In many cases, staff members need to manually write order information on containers to keep everything organized. This process is time-consuming, inefficient, and increases the risk of errors. A dedicated label-printing feature would streamline operations and improve accuracy. Additionally, it would be highly beneficial if the label could automatically generate a barcode linked to the order. By scanning the barcode, users could be taken directly to the corresponding order within PrepBusiness, eliminating the need to manually search for it and significantly speeding up processing. To maximize flexibility, users should also be able to choose any installed printer, including standard desktop printers and thermal label printers. When selecting locations on an outbound shipment, locations already allocated to another open (not yet shipped) outbound shipment still appear as available in the picker. They only disappear once the earlier shipment is shipped. With multiple open shipments this is confusing and risks double-allocating the same location's stock. Request: flag or hide locations whose stock is already committed to another open outbound shipment.

On the inventory page, there should be a column for unsellable quantity or least an option to enable that column. For items in an Inbound Shipment that are marked as unsellable, they show in the Fix Issues page. From here if we convert to sellable, they show up in the inventory page as available units, but in the inbound shipment, the units just disappears. It should show up as received units in the inbound shipment page since it is sellable.

Add an optional Scan and Pack validation setting for shipments with mixed barcode workflows. When enabled, the scanner should accept valid FNSKU labels, accept manufacturer barcodes only when the SKU is configured as commingled, and show an error such as "Item requires an FNSKU label" when a unit still requires FNSKU labeling. This would reduce packing errors on high-SKU shipments where items may have FNSKU labels, manufacturer barcodes, and custom identifiers.

I wanted to share a feature suggestion that I believe would be very helpful for warehouse operations. It would be great to have a live dashboard or board for inbound and outbound shipments that can be displayed on a monitor at the warehouse docks. The board could show shipments that are scheduled, arriving, currently being processed, and completed, both for inbound and outbound. This would help warehouse teams quickly see: What shipments are arriving today What shipments need to go out Current status of each shipment Dock workflow in real time

When clients use A1, it inserts default text at the top of the notes field. Additional notes added below are pushed down and often not visible without scrolling, causing important customer instructions to be missed. Request: the notes field should dynamically expand in height to display all content without requiring scrolling.
