Adding Services with unset pricing for later use

Ability to create services without fixed pricing. Pricing must be editable when adding service to shipments.

Example, we can create a service without pricing for “Shipping Cost”. Adding service to an outbound shipment would require a price value.

    Yeah that’d be nice.

    The way we handle that right now is we create a Shipping Cost service with a price of $0.01.

    Then we enter the actual price in the quantity field.

    So if we need to add a shipping cost of $105.49, the quantity field would be 10549
