I believe that all of us who use the system urgently need a way to have an affiliate program for our customers to refer other customers and be paid for it. Keith, can you create a way for this to happen urgently?

It would be great if we can create certain services, or different prices that apply to specific customers only. For example we have clients that have larger quantities and we would like to offer different pricing.

It would be very interesting if the system had a type of Backlog where we could see the productivity of each user/employee, for example:1 - How many units did the user (name) make in the day in inbound (how many units did he receive in the day)2 - How many units did the user (name) make in Outbound (how many units did he send in the day)3- How many units did he add in the Fix issues tab.To compare the productivity of our teams and optimize our operations.

We charge a monthly fee for customers who do not ship more than 150 units per month of $24.99. We also charge a flat fee of $30 (id fits in a 25x25x25 inch box or $55 per pallet position (40x48x72) per month for product storage. It would be very important if the system could configure this automatically so that the system would know that if the customer does not ship so many units per month the system would automatically charge the amount. And if I inform the system how many pallets the customer has in stock so that it would automatically charge this on the first day of each month, that would be great.

Warehouses in the EU do not get multiple options when choosing a placement option. Users would like this to be optimized and streamlined to only show necessary info based on where they are operating out of.

We used to be able to search outbound shipments by the FBA ID, but this went away with the new workflow. It would be great to have this back since customers use the FBA ID when referring to shipments and I can’t find them easily.

Being able to work out what the actual item is thats blocking a shipment/outbound being created when the error “Plan creation failed”<ul><li>ERROR: No fulfillment centers are currently available to receive the total quantity of dangerous goods units in this shipment. when there are 100’s of items and potential items which could be the one blocking the creation, this can be very tedious/annoying removing and checking items 1 by 1 until the guilty item is found, to then add all the items previously removed which were completely fine to be there. </li></ul>

“When printing different items at the same time, is there a way to add a "blank" or "title" label between each items ? For example, there's 3 different items with 2 units each. The printer should print like this : TITLE 1, Item 1 unit 1, Item 2 Unit 2, TITLE 2, Item 2 Unit 1, Item 2 Unit 2. It's just an easy way to separate the different FNSKU when we have variations and/or similar items.”

Instead of creating a new merchant for each store/country, the merchant will be able to create as many channels as they want to for their merchant account to share their inventory across all their channels.

When printing shipping labels and box labels, it would be extremely helpful if the “Internal Box #” on the labels could be sorted in chronological order.Currently, if we have a shipment of say 5 boxes to a 5 Amazon FCs, the labels will print out in what seems to be a random order and we would have to match up the internal box numbers with the physical boxes.Not a big deal with just 5 boxes, but what if there are 20+ boxes? That becomes a bit of a nightmare.

Staff check in units via scanning. A function to print the FNSKU on scan receiving would help massively.We tend to do 1 product per shipment, so the option for marking as shipment as received automatically when we check in a unit would be good.

The new sync process seems to be causing more issues than it’s solving. I really wish there was an option to revert to the previous version or at least make the new sync method optional.
