Email verification for account changes

When you change the email address on your account, we now ask you to verify the new address before the change takes effect. This helps make sure account changes are coming from you.

New box contents scan workflow

You can now use a dedicated scan workflow to record and verify what's inside a box as you pack it.

Shipment item search now checks your connected channels

When you're adding items to a shipment and a search doesn't find a match locally, we now also search your connected sales channels so you can still find and add the item.

Save to inventory from bulk add services

When adding services in bulk to an outbound shipment, you can now also choose to save those items to inventory at the same time.

New webhook notifications for inbound shipments

We added two new webhook events: one that fires when an inbound shipment's name changes, and one that fires when its tracking number updates. Use these to keep your own systems in sync automatically.
