Cannot Set Unknown Category to none

Currently users are unable to use the "Set UKNOWN categories to NONE" feature.
They get a series of errors when they do.

ERROR: Expected one of the following prep type lists: [[ITEM_NO_PREP]] for input MskuPrepDetailInput(msku=SKU123, prepCategory=NONE, prepTypes=[ITEM_LABELING]).
