Disable specific carriers in autoplanner

Hello, could you enable the option to remove specific carriers for autoplanner please?

Or enable certain carriers to be prioritized over others.

DPD will always be the cheapest (by a few cents) but also the most unreliable one in Germany with the worst infrastructure for Prepcenters in general.
