Employee Backlog/productivity Information

It would be very interesting if the system had a type of Backlog where we could see the productivity of each user/employee, for example:

1 - How many units did the user (name) make in the day in inbound (how many units did he receive in the day)

2 - How many units did the user (name) make in Outbound (how many units did he send in the day)

3- How many units did he add in the Fix issues tab.

To compare the productivity of our teams and optimize our operations.
