Notification for New Notes Field Entries

Currently, we have to manually check existing shipments to see if customers have added any new information in the Notes field. This process is time-consuming and increases the risk of missing important updates.

Optimization Proposal:
Implement an automatic notification system that alerts us whenever a customer adds or edits content in the Notes field of an existing shipment. This could be done via email, an internal notification, or a visible flag within the dashboard.

Benefits:

  • Faster response times to customer updates

  • Reduced risk of miscommunication or delays

  • Significantly more efficient workflow for the operations team

This feature would improve communication and make our processes more streamlined and reliable.
