Per-box packlist after setting box contents / placement options

When box contents and placement options are configured on an outbound shipment, allow printing a packlist that shows items per box individually, rather than combined totals. Example: Box 1 = 10 Braun + 2 Gigabyte + 2 DJI, Box 2 = 40 Braun.
