Save FBA Prep Settings when item quantities change

When users have set any of the FBA Item details and remove an item from the shipment, it resets all of the Prep Details to their original settings, even if those settings have been saved.
This can be inconvenient if there are many items that require manual adjustment of settings and then the users encounter an item that needs to be removed, then forcing the user to redo all the settings previously changed.
