Live Inbound/Outbound Shipment Board
I wanted to share a feature suggestion that I believe would be very helpful for warehouse operations. It would be great to have a live dashboard or board for inbound and outbound shipments that can be displayed on a monitor at the warehouse docks. The board could show shipments that are scheduled, arriving, currently being processed, and completed, both for inbound and outbound. This would help warehouse teams quickly see: What shipments are arriving today What shipments need to go out Current status of each shipment Dock workflow in real time

Auto-expand notes field in inbound shipments
When clients use A1, it inserts default text at the top of the notes field. Additional notes added below are pushed down and often not visible without scrolling, causing important customer instructions to be missed. Request: the notes field should dynamically expand in height to display all content without requiring scrolling.

When we need to split shipments due to split packing groups, it would be nice if services that were entered stay the same. Currently services only stay on one of the shipments and remove from the other.

Allow clients to enter inbound products by case
When clients create an inbound shipment, they can currently only add products by individual item. Add the ability for clients to enter product quantities by case (similar to the outbound section), so the warehouse can reconcile case counts during receiving.

Receive history log for inbound shipments
When receiving inbound shipments in multiple parts (partial deliveries), show a history/log of when items were received with timestamps. This would help prep centers correlate receiving events with video footage for verification purposes.

Add sorting options for SKUs within inbound shipments
When viewing an inbound shipment with many SKUs (20+), it would be helpful to have sorting options to organize items by: Alphabetical, Planned quantity (high to low / low to high), and Received quantity (high to low / low to high).

Disable specific carriers in autoplanner
Hello, could you enable the option to remove specific carriers for autoplanner please? Or enable certain carriers to be prioritized over others. DPD will always be the cheapest (by a few cents) but also the most unreliable one in Germany with the worst infrastructure for Prepcenters in general.

The issue is that Inbound currently does not allow assigning services by item, while Outbound does. I imagine this option may have been disabled because, if services are added to a product, they currently appear in both places (Inbound and Outbound). The solution would be to enable a setting where pre-assigned product services can be designated specifically for either Inbound or Outbound, using a simple checkbox to select one or the other or both. Advantages of adding βInbound Services by Itemβ: 1. Advance preparation and storage ready for dispatch: By applying services by item during Inbound, products would be prepared and stored already ready to ship. This way, if a client requests a large quantity of a product or there is an urgent situation due to unexpected stock-out, the shipment can be made immediately without extra steps. 2. Realistic bundle management Currently, the way the system reflects bundles is not efficient, because the quantity marked as βavailableβ is not real β those bundles are not actually prepared. Inventory should distinguish between βPotential Availableβ (calculated from loose units) and βReal Availableβ (bundles that have already been prepared). During Inbound, clients should be able to decide how many bundles to prepare by simply adding the bundle item and quantity. This would ensure inventory clearly separates bundle information and reflects only what is actually ready to ship. 3. More efficient and focused Outbound Outbound would remain reserved for exceptional cases (e.g., relabeling, FNSKU changes, or other specific incidents). This would reduce delays and improve responsiveness. Overall Benefit With Inbound Services by Item, preparation is shifted to the moment of receiving goods. Products are stored already ready for dispatch, and urgent situations can be handled immediately. The flexibility to decide whether product-level services are applied in Inbound or Outbound (via a simple checkbox) ensures accuracy, avoids duplication, and gives each prep center the workflow best suited to its operations.

Integration / Partial Automation of the ATS-AVASK Shipping Process in the PrepBusiness Portal
Currently, shipping to the UK from europe via the ATS-AVASK process requires several manual steps. A technical integration or at least partial automation within the PrepBusiness portal would make the process much more efficient. Possible Features: Automatic assignment of AVASK as the customs broker to a shipment Direct submission of customs-related data from PrepBusiness to AVASK Automatic notification once AVASK has cleared the shipment

Customer and billing grouping
I think that it would be benificial if we had a way to group certain customers as well as billing as the drop downs can tend to be long. Ie. having Group A with customers Group B so on and so forth same for billing where you can have a oversized item group or one for special instances. ( i created a mockup attached below)

Integrate Feature to Outbound when no service is added
Can you make an Warning Symbol or something like that when in an Outbound there is no added Service. Because usually we always charge a Service, that would be very helpful to find errors.

Inbound shipments - see items directly in the dashboard underneath the inbound shipment
We would love to see the items for each inbound shipment in the dashboard without opening each shipment manually. This could be done with simply adding a feature like an arrow besides it where you can click and it opens the first 5 items. If you click it again it shows the next 5 and so on. Also you could add an option to click at the very top so every inbound on this page is opened automatically and shows 5 items each.

Weβd love to see a returns feature added to PrepBusiness that allows us to view, export, or even automate access to the Amazon FBA Returns Report β similar to whatβs available in Seller Central under Fulfillment > Returns Reports. This would be extremely helpful for understanding why products are returned and how theyβre processed. Save FBA Prep Settings when item quantities change
When users have set any of the FBA Item details and remove an item from the shipment, it resets all of the Prep Details to their original settings, even if those settings have been saved. This can be inconvenient if there are many items that require manual adjustment of settings and then the users encounter an item that needs to be removed, then forcing the user to redo all the settings previously changed.

Ability to Add to Outbound Shipment
While in an Inbound Shipment, there is the option to Receive the shipment, as well as a button to Receive & Convert Shipment. It would be nice to have an option to Receive & Add to an existing Outbound Shipment.

Add Pagination for Outbound Shipments
Shipments with hundreds of items load very slowly, causing the page to be nearly unusable. Users have requested that the option for Paginating these results be added to the outbound shipment pages.

Whenever you edit or manager services, and delete a service the window automatically shuts on you and you have to go back to select the services again. It would be nice if it didnt auto close every time you delete a service.
